Facts on Islam part 1

I'm hearing so-called Christians, some preachers and the Pope saying things like...they worship the same God. Well, their 'bible' is contrary to Christianity and contrary to Scripture. Here are a few passages from the Quran and some from their sacred commentaries.

They are told in Surah 9:5 to lie in wait and fight and slay anyone who doesn’t believe in Allah.

beat their disobedient wives, Surah 4:34.

make war on unbelievers and hypocrites, and deal harshly with them and are told that it is Allah’s wish to scourge others for their sins. Sura 5:49.

Surah 2:191 Kill transgressors wherever you catch them.

In a Christian marriage, the husband is given the role as head of the household, and the wife is expected to submit to the husband’s leadership, Eph 5:22-33, Col 3:18-19. She is his equal in terms of social and religious status; she is not inferior to him, 1Co 11:11.

In Islam, the husband is the custodian of his wife. She is considered to be in between a slave and free. Muhammad’s viewpoint of women
" they lack self-control, and for their own good, and societies’ good, they must be subordinate to their husbands. " He did not want to see them beaten without cause.

The Quran , Hadith, Al-Sira, and other Islamic writings teach this Islamic wife beating. And, that 1. The woman should be less in age than the man, so that she should not age quickly and be unable to conceive. She should be less in esteem, power, honor, and money since men are to support women (Sura al-Nisa 4:34) and protect them.

2. Narrated traditions of Muhammad - “A woman is married for four things, i.e. her wealth, her family status, her beauty, and her religion.” 3. The woman should not be tall or gaunt, short or ugly, or have bad manners. She should not be old or have a child from a previous marriage. 4. A younger wife is the tradition of Muhammad.
"The Messenger of God married me when I was seven years old” `A'isha said, (others say six), “and consummated the marriage with me when I was nine years old.”

Concerning the issue of consummating the marriage with a girl under age, it was said that she should not be slept with before she attains puberty. 5. This is the worst form of child abuse practiced by their major religious leader. And this is the mind that produced their religious text.

7. from the al-Furu` - “The best state for a woman is between the age of fourteen and twenty. Her maturity is made perfect at thirty, and she stops at forty, and declines after that.” 8. Besides youth, she should preferably be a
virgin. Muhammad said, “Seek virgins; they are sweeter of mouth, have more productive wombs and can be contented with the least.” 9. The Hadith = divorce is permitted if the woman’s defects are enumerated and accounted for in detail. The main defects of a woman to attain divorce are seven: madness, elephantiasis, leprosy, cornu, breathing difficulties, and lameness.

The word love is used 37 times in the Quran...all in the phrase 'Allah loves'. There is no commandment to love Allah or fellow man, neighbors, or wives as Christ loved the church. There is no command to love the Lord thy God or to love thy neighbor as thyself.

Societies that dishonor their women and don't protect their children are products of evil degenercy. We have people on this board promoting their cause. I find this deeply offensive and reprehensible.

These things are out and out evil. Anyone that support them in any form is aiding and abetting the kingdom of darkness. We are not going to reason with them. Arrogance and hatred are blind.

People are using freedom to promote evil. If we condone it, allow it or don't take positions against it then we deserve what we get. God does not tolerate this kind of nonsense. Look at the condition of the nations that practice these things. They have chosen evil and suffer terribly from it.

This is a 'religion' that promotes violence, hatred, child and spousal abuse, deception and murder.
