I used to get a pain in my throat when I worked 18+ hours a day, slept 2-3 hours a night, lived on junk food and fast food, drank 10 cups of coffee a day and no water (amazingly I'm still alive). I usually got the pain when I worked outside in the 17 degree wind, so it could be from a Nasal Drip (sinus infection) or it could be that my body wasn't properly warming the air that I breathed and caused an upper respiratory infection. It could also be an intestinal infection that irritated the esophagus. I just drank some honey (extra energy for your body to fight infection) and ate some garlic (to kill infection) and it usually went away in a couple of days. Dr. David Williams advertised health insurance about a year ago for $119.00. For that price, of course it's not comprehensive, but it looked well worth the price. I don't know if he is offering it anymore, check his website and e-mail him if you don't see it. I'll post the site address at the bottom of this page.
