Did you ever entertain a baby of one of your relatives or good friend? You probably played a card game like Old Maid or something like pick-up stix, hide and seek or something that was good ,clean, gentle fun, right? Nothing rough and reckless like horseplay. So you can play chess, checkers, joke around listen to music, play cards for buttons or baseball cards (not money or riches), but,... fun, have contests, etc. You can even play cards to see who pays for the movies that you go to (THAT'S MY OPINION) because the Christian should not depend on a game of CHANCE for what they NEED, but you don't NEED to go to the movie at all.
Horseplay (rough-housing) is reckless, careless and tends to get out of hand (don't make it a habit). Teasing is hurtful and mean, in other words,...WRONG. If you're gentle and want to be careful about hurting people, you might shy away from football, too (but that's just me). Anything that you know or believe is "wrong" is...SIN (for you). Tweet
