options for replacement, after extracting root canal teeth

extracting my root canal teeth's will leave me with few teeth's,
and would like to know what options somebody have for replacement
after getting all the teeth's extracted on which root canal have
been done.

One option, I am familar with, is getting clasp artificial teeth which somebody have to remove for sleeping / brushing etc and
past shows that not many people can keep on going with it as it
require taking in and out, and does not have very comfortable
feeling.

ANY OTHER OPTION ?

HOW does somebody knows that root canal teeth is not giving him
any health problem ? OR It can be assumed that all root
canal teeth's gives one or other health related problem ?
