I have just done it after 10 days. Yesterday was my 10th day and last night I really felt I had enough. I ate half a banana at 7:00 pm, and around 8 o'clock I had some crackers with cream cheese. This morning I had a scrambled egg and a toast and I feel perfect. This is my second fast, last time I did the same thing and I was fine.
