Re: Can someone explain why root canal work is dangerous

Hi InCharge,

Doing my research on this forum concerning the root canals
as I'm trying to decide what to do with my dead tooth still in place.
I have read the post you suggested as well as others but still
fail to understand this:
whether the infection gets to the bloodstream when the cavity/filling
is deep enough to reach the nerve and blood vessels.
Or the infection can travel through tubules and still reach blood
circulation with time when the filling is just deep enough to
touch dentin?

Thank you for your information.

Kind regards,
Rez
