I, too, am beginning today. I tried to start yesterday and failed miserably.
I was successful with a 10 day cleanse last month and felt wonderful. But I have been doing very poorly with food of late. I think that my challenges are emotional/ psychological.
So, I am sipping my lemonade again today and so far have turned down two lunch proposals. Am hoping to stay focused, hour by hour, and have the day pass without succombing to cravings.
FYI, the Master-Cleanse 'purists' would say that the only tea one should drink on Master-Cleanse is mint tea. But I don't know. I had a couple of weak moments during my 10 day cleanse and had some veggie broth.
