Thanks! Being on the Master-Cleanse has been a big mind game....especially when I smell food. I have to cook for a family of 5 and it hasn't always been easy. I drink a big lemonade or water or P & B shake (boy are those filling) and try to keep my mind on other things. The hardest part of cooking is I don't measure....I just eye it then taste it to see if it needs anything else so its hard ((Really really hard) not to taste something to see if the right amount is added.
I don't know how a chef would do......I'm sure there must be a few chefs that did the Master-Cleanse maybe put it in the search to see. Good luck! Tia
