regardless of the source the questions are valid and you are at a loss to provide answers for the msot rudimentary portion of the raw food/enzyme theory and that is how does the human body know which enzymes to make and which ones it doesn't have to make. Seems like a key element to your belief....is there no information on how the human body knows which enzymes to make? If you cannot supply a single reference I will ahev to assume that there is no information or knowledge about how the human body accomplishes this task.....do your nutrion books gloss over this important principle....no human physiology books have anything on this detection and feedback system why do you think that is?? Surely you must know this information or do you take this on faith alone?
If I told you that I have a special additive for my gasoline that makes me get 400 miles per gallon....would it be up to you to prove me wrong or would it be up to me to prove that what I state is true? I can cite as much literature as you wish indicating that we can make all the enzymes necessary for digestion...it is up to you to prove or provide evidence that enzymes from food are involved in digestion....a quote without a reference to the orginal claim are worthless for evaluating the context and accuracy of the material...please provide the orginal citation from the Nobel prize winner...not a unreferenced quote!!
