Finished reading your post. It looks like I'm already doing some of that. I drink a lot of Yerba Mate sweetened lightly with Stevia, filtered water, and a small amount of unpasteurized grape juice in the moring. Breakfast is a large handful of raw organic Brazil nuts (the Wai site says it's the best quality nut protein), tea, and my supplements (see url below, but let me know if the link doesn't work since I've had trouble with it before). Supplements include digestive enzymes and probiotics (you can tell me if the amounts look like enough). I also use natural progesterone creme.
During the day I also eat a few handfuls of raisins, an apple, and a banana, and have several more cups of tea. I eat cage-free hormone-free eggs cooked in extra virgin olive oil for lunch, and for supper I frequently have a 3-pepper and onion stir fry (olive oil) with either beef or chicken strips, on top of long-grain brown rice. In spite of all that I still can't get off the Prilosec. Could the Prilosec have permanently damaged something, or maybe it's addictive?
