I try to do the next best thing (as far as I know) which is to take the super-green supplements that are concentrated foods. That's *in addition* to drinking fresh veggie juices.
And I occasionally take acsorbate type supplements like CalMagFizz since they are supposedly more available to the body in that chemical state. That and Sea Salt and parsley juice hopefully gets me enough minerals! I worry more about minerals than vitamins, since minerals are like "co-enzymes" for vitamins (that's how my chemistry book put it LOL!). If you don't have minerals, your vitamins cannot be utilized.
