I am sure (I hope) that we can agree that nutrients, vitamins and minerals are very broad and general categories. If I supply a single instance of one of these categories that do nto require long-chain fatty acids for assimialtion that would falsify your statement...I know fo several but my purpose is not to falsify your statements but rather to discuss which nutrients specifically are assimilated via long-chain fatty acids.
Let's speak of specifics rather than generalizations which might lead to misconceptions. Do you know of any specific nutrients, vitamins, or minerals which require long-chain fatty acids for assimilation?
