We all have to make choices in life. You can keep eating that way and ignoring it and get more and more stones till you need surgery. Even after surgery people often have problems and can't eat greasy stuff.
My choice is flushing, what it is not a big deal after a couple of times.
My result is, no inflammation, the gallbladder wall is back to normal (3 mm)from being 42 mm. I can more or less eat what I want, but keep a more vegan diet during my daily life. I follow looslely my Ayurvedic bodytype diet according Andreas Moritz book "Timeless Secrets etc" http://www.ener-chi.com
My allergies disappeared and I am off my anti-depressant drugs.
You can live with Gallstones as long as they don't get stuck and if they are stuck you want to flush right away. Mine was in the gallbladder neck and became free floating so the bile started flowing again and the gallbladder healed itself.
My liver and gallbladder are clean from all cholesterol stones and sludge. Only calcified stones show on scans not all that other stuff, besides I don't think doctors believe it starts in the liver. There are people that start flushing after surgery because they still have the same problems.
I have no gallbladder problems. Now I know the stone is still there I will keep flushing every 3-4 weeks instead of every 2 weeks and start using herbs, for breaking the stone, more regularly.
