The doctor did the same thing to me. I had post-surgical problems; he wouldn't entertain the idea, because it was incriminating to him. He wouldn't entertain the idea I didn't have unrelated problems either, so he just tried to make me think it was all in my head. I'm filing a complaint against his undoctorly behavior.
