I've been eating a 100% Raw diet for a couple months. The other day I ate Chinese General Tso Chicken and a couple chocolate truffels. (Hey just because I went raw doesn't mean I'm vegan/vegetarian or willing to eat raw meat or go 100% everyday lol) Since then, my wisdom tooth has been hurting or feeling weird like its infected again. I was recommended to have them out but of course put it off.
Could it be the spices that did it? Or the sugar/something in the chocolate?
Because really..I eat A LOT of apples. That chicken and truffels were softer than grapes. So it's not the texture of the food that did it.
I'm going to eat my usual raw diet tomorrow so it'll be interesting to see if it does go away. But any ideas on this?
