root caries

I have 6+ root cavities, two of which are quite large and deep and are very sensitive when brushing. I can't eat Sugar even if I wanted to (I dont), too sensitive. I have serious chronic health problems and bad bacteria in my mouth, trying hard to clean up.

I dont want these cavities filled, I want to clean them up and remineralize them, I don't think their beyond saving. One might be but even that I doubt.

Right now I brush/floss regularily and use Sea Salt /baking soda. I'm still reading about other techniques, ozone interests me but the problem is I have absolutely no money. Whats available for low/no cost treatment of root cavities? I'm doing extensive colon cleansing, excercise. I drink distilled water and I'm wondering how it affects remineralization, although my system is so toxic I think I need it.
