what gets someone to want...

to help yourself? Just asking because I am having very big challenges lately and
I'm having a big case of the blue meanies and can't seem to pull myself out to get back to my happy self and to want to start taking care of me. I'm so exhausted that I can barely function through the work day and just want to sleep when I go home - I am hypothyroid but all my meds and blood work are at stable levels. I'm just in a real funk that I can't get out of.
