You also said that you take a broad spectrum mineral supplement - were you also taking that on the days that you took the calcium/magnesium and experienced an improvement in your ph? /Wondering if that was part of the improvement in the Ph. And if we can ask, what form of calcium/magnesium did you take? (the label will say something like "calcium phosphate" or "coral calcium" or "magnesium oxide" or some description on the back of the label that tells what form the calcium and magnesium are in. Brand name would be great - I'd like to try this to see if I get the same results.
