Re: Reversing Receding Gums

I have the same problem, and deep rigdes in my front teeth (from eating all those lemons for years!) Found a previous thread that helps a little...
//www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=44&i=811
and from that, I think this would be helpful to us both... "Use a thin ribbon of toothpaste and do not brush in either a back and forth scrub brush motion,OR a circular one if your gums are receding. You need to brush in the direction the teeth have grown in..... DOWN from the top and UP from the bottom,rolling the brush over both the gums and teeth at least 5 times in each area."

Except I would not use toothpaste, especially not one with flouride!! I only brush with a special tooth soap I bought or put a bit of coconut oil and Dr Bronners castile soap on my brush. Then rinse with water and a drop of tea tree oil.

If you find out anything more, let me know! :)
