I did every thing you mentioned: water, lemon juice,cider vinegan, baking soda (yuck!)and Liver Flush (triple yuck!!!). I also had some cooked veggies and lots of ev olive oil in my homemade dressings.
The reason that I stayed away from animal products is because they are suppose to be acid forming.
Well, once I decided that enough was enough, I headed to the King and bought me a Whopper Jr. I know...not good. But it was a huge craving I had. I have never craved Whoppers before in my life so I was begining to wonder if maybe my body was trying to tell me something, like maybe I needed the meet???
