POSTUM coffee substitute ingredients are wheat bran, wheat molasses, and maltodextrin.
I buy Postum at my supermarket in New York. Those are the only 3 ingredients listed (8 ounces for $5.19). The taste is almost identical to coffee. One tablespoon to 8 oz. boiling water. They also have Postum Cappuccino.
