Re: Liverflush while on MC?

Hiya Dutchdude! Welcome to the forum. boy, I get this question asked a lot, I should write a note on it. :)

You cannot do a Liver Flush during or immediatelya fter a Master Cleanse, the oil will make you throw up if you don't break your fast carefully first. Your stomach goes to sleep on the MC, it needs to be burning hot for the LF.

I don't like the MC, actually. It's quite harsh on the intestines, Senna is the most dependency forming herbal laxative there is, salt water flushes should only be done after Liver Flushes or once a week, not daily, taking in that much lemon juice is quite harsh on the gallbaldder, liver and spleen after awhile... the list goes on and on.

I'm all for just drinking two large Master-Cleanse drinks, only taking in about 2 tablespoons of maple syrup per day and only 1 lemon per day. the rest of the fluids should be plain water, various hot teas (spicy or peppermint to keept he stomach burning hot and burning out the stuff that coats your tongue), potassium broth, and something like P&B shakes or Colosan to cleanse the colon.
