Questions on enems

Hi Shelly,
I have never taken enemas before so its a bit awkward for us newbies. I was reading your post on enemas, and you said not to do them if you have diarrhea. My bowel moments change alot according to what I eat of course.But most of the time I have diarrhea that is light in color. I know that is a liver problem. I am currently taking chinese bitters and coptis. I also take either the yeast buster drink by innovite, or grapefruit seed extract for the yeasts and primal defense for probiotic. Could this be taking to much? I go to the gym as much as possible and do saunas there when I can.I work in a busy pub and have 2 children at home.I keep active but my adrenals Im sure are off. I have endometriosis as I have told you before, many probs with the whole endocrine system. When I am very strict on the diet and keep the allowable carbs low I do feel better but... the die off! I am guessing is causing pain in my lower back and lower pelvic area (over stressed kidneys) and much rectal itching especially at night (over stressed colon). So I know that enemas and kidney herbs are a must.Ever since I have taken the bitters and coptis my Body Odor has been stronger. I went for a colonic a few weeks ago, that helped with the odor a bit but not enough the problem returned. Worse around menses time.I get accupuncture at least twice a month to help with the stress of my organs. The woman I see has said from day one Liver and spleen trouble so we focus on those organs and whatever symptoms I am currently having. Sooo my question is if I need enems but do suffer with diarrhea alot should I do them at all? Could the pain in my lower back and pelvic area be candida yeast die off?
