Alright, I'm trying to devise a plan here, so please bear with my constant questions and aligning....

Here's what I think you are saying is OK and will heal my digestive situation....The goal is to heal the digestive system, continue with the cleansing and keep candida at bay. Please let me know if I have something wrong or if there is a quicker way.

I can go on a semi-mono-kichadi diet for a couple of weeks. In addition to the kichadi, I can also continue with all the vegetable juice I want, including carrot juice - right? Carrot is OK? I can also keep up the P&B shakes (3-4 a day), an occassional green salad (with o/o and avocado, too?), Yogi Indian spice tea and a little kim-chee before the kichadi.

What do you think about this plan?
