Garcia, hey thanks for the link. I try to research before I post, but this site is so huge. Any way, I had a look at what I use at home for salt, I like La Baleine fine Sea Salt crystals. I use Fleur de Sal at work, grey salt, and it is wet, I've been drying it, but I guess I will stop now. To get to my point, there is magesium oxide in my Baleine salt as an anit-caking agent. What do you know about Magnesium oxide?
