More on salt

I know I can taste a difference between refined and unrefined Sea Salt , look different too. I would never use refined salt, I find it to taste... I guess I would say tinny or metalic. What do you know about the refining process? Anti-caking agents and added iodine? Forget about educating the dining public. The word of a doctor is like the word of GOD to some people. Plus they think they know better. I just give the people what they want. I try to show people that heathly food can taste good too. Lentils and kale have come a long way. The atkins diet craze has sent the special requests off the chart. I should put a 16oz steak with cream cheese, bacon bits and heavy cream-butter sauce on the menu. I could call it the Dick Cheany(sp?) Special.
