Re: body in panic mode

I can really relate to your post. I've had a history of dramatic hypoglycemic reactions that became worse and worse over a period of five years or so, and then eased off in the last six months. My body, too, would go into an absolute panic when I became too hungry. I was eating super heavy food - meat and cheese!! - 5 or 6 times a day and I couldn't stay full! It was craziness.

I just wanted to add that Julia Chang associates hypoglycemia with a weak spleen. (And the spleen, she said, will pretty much take care of itself once you cleanse the liver and gallbladder.)Also, I don't know if this is relevant to your case at all, but my hypoglycemia was at its worst when my hormones were most out of balance. It's much better now because I've (artificially for the time being, I'm afraid) found a better balance of hormones lately (switched to a different BC pill.)

Hopefully as we continue on with our cleansing our bodies will figure out a better balance. Good luck!
