What bloodtype are you? What is your primary source of proteins in your daily intake? If your bloodtype is an A then soy is THE proteinsource. Not excessively of course. I am an A type and have a soychino so to speak, every morning. Sometimes I have tofu as a dinneringredient in different ways, not every day.
I rarely eat meat (never red meat) since I lack the enzymes to process and utilize animal proteins. The same goes for wheat, it acts as a bloating agent in me! Therefore I only use spelt.
