Re: body in panic mode

Hunger and low blood Sugar can set off a chain reaction that tells the parasympathetic nervous system to go crazy. you need to eat more frequent meals and more complex carbs from whole grains, continue with the Liver Flushing and other cleanses, and consider getting hypnotized, or NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and meditation to break the chain reaction.

It's also a sign of weak adrenals, so get a good adrenal support complex next time you go shopping, or just get herbs Gotu Kola and Licorice. Avoid caffeine. De-stress as often as you can. Drink chamomile tea each afternoon and night.

If it keeps happening, you will hard-wire your nervous system to keep doing it and make it tougher to switch out. You have to re-wire your associations. Yoga is a great way to balance the nervous system, there are particular asanas that will do so, and they're pretty strange! Like flicking the middle finger while going "hatah" with the tongue! not something I can explain over the Internet I'm afraid. :( but hot baths and stretching should be a help. ;)
