Re: What to do AFTER the Mucoid Placque is gone

Hi Shelley

Its interesting to hear about shapes of the colon and have been diagonising the MP. The first time I passed the MP it didnt look like the shape of a healthy colon. It appeared to have ropes with bobbles off the sides of it. Do you think I have a constriction somewhere that causes the food to stay there.
In the past I have noticed when doing ab exercises I get a sharp or twisting pain on the left side and it hurts and catchess my breath for about 1 minute. Is it posssible that has caused all my elimination problems. I have been reading about strenghing of the colon but not sure what to do now that I have done the PB shakes.
I feel like I need to stay on this to help with the elimination and stool formation. I have tested to see if the stool formation is any different when I have stopped the PB shakes. I have to always go back to the toilet 2 or 3 times in the morning to complete elimination.....its like it gets stuck somewhere.
With the PB shakes only once and good formation.
Looks like I might be a PB shake girl forever.lol.
