actually, just because you're not eating solids doesn't have to mean diarrhea. Diarrhea means that your body doesn't like something and is trying to get rid of it ASAP. And the P&B shakes should come out somewhat formed, not runny. The frequent loss of fluids would explain your dizzyness. So the green drinks might be too much for your system? Only way to know is to take a break.
D. can happen for a GOOD reason, cleansing the colon in such a way that old stuff is breaking down and so the body goes - out! now! :) it's just tough to know which is exactly happening when you add new drinks and tons of fiber all at the same time. So cycling your protocal is good, because that allows you to see the pattern. Constant tinkering and checking in wtih reality - the body doesn't lie - is great for accurate diagnoses and restoring balance. :)
Pitta people are especially prone to diarrhea as they run hot, have great digestion for the most part, as long as they don't abuse it. :) You may need to lessen the amount of ginger and exclude garlic when you finally make the Kichadi for it to be in balance for you. The kichadi can be eaten any time for any reason, it especially helps when we need to temporarily limit our foods and want something good and filling to eat, heal digestion, restore strength but not congest, restore PH balance.
