Re: How many P&B shakes a day?

Oo! Happy almost b-day! :) If you want, post your birthdate in the Numerology forum and I'll let you know what kind of year you have in store. :)

Okay, someone with a coated, cracked tongue should not be doing very many raw foods unless they are juiced first. Raw food diets should be entered into slowly and gradually, beginning with juices and small salads, gradually increasing as the digestion gets stronger. If the foods do not digest, it doesn't matter how healthy the foods are, they will impair your health and feed candida. :(

Carrots won't feed candida unless they are not digested. Most foods except for very simple sugars will not feed candida unless they are not digested. So those food lists are extremely misleading and confusing and make you go crazy trying to eat right!!! Argh!!! Remember, yeast is a fungus - the moldy stuff that appears on foods left in the fridge for too long. If the food has been completely broken down thanks to stomach acids and digestive enzymes, it can't mold! And if it's not a simple sugar, candida can't eat it.

Your intestines need a lot of babying if they've been cracked for years. That means digestive enzymes, Bentonite clay, tons of good fiber, aloe vera, liquid chloropyll, Triphala, Trikatu, and only eating very warming, easy to digest foods. A couple weeks of Kichadi would help immensely.

Hope that helps! :)
