Ah, B positive! That's great. That means she can eat a little bit of everything, just don't overdo any one thing. Somehow you've found her threshold with dairy and fats. She needs the mediterranean diet, or what I like to call the "chinese food by way of Italy" diet, basically. :)
Some parents, totally well-meaning, have their children drink tons of milk or chocolate milk. And why not? We've been told over and over that milk is good food! But actually, milk is hard to digest, causes mucous buildup so that absorbtion is impaired, and the calcium/phosphorous balance in milk often causes osteoporosis rather than build up of bones! Argh!!! A glass a day is all we really need, and it's better if it's cooked to remove the processing/homogonizing effect.
