I'm not Shelley...but the answer is YES to all three! Candida, magnesium deficiency and liver problems can all contribute to depression. Read up on info on this site about clearing up candida, cleansing and flushing the liver and bowel, and supplement with magnesium. If you take calcium, hold off on it until your magnesium levels are raised. Also, consider fish oil...good source of EPA/DHA which has been shown to be very beneficial for depression.
