This is an awesome protocol, i am excited! Mostly I was happy to see that it would be possible to begin the flush "late." I am usually not able to get home on the weekends til about 8:30 so I was worrying that I could not do the flush as recommended beginning at 6 pm (per Andreas Mortiz).
I also love the juice recommendation, but the few times I have gone to the juice bar for lunch, I ended up feeling a little strange. I usually had juice and then a lite lunch, like some toast or something, sometimes no food at all. But the juice almost seemed to be hard on my body--one day I got a cold that night (made me feel sort of vulnerable) and other times it jsut seemed to sugary.. maybe I had too much juice?
I've also been eating the liver cleanse beet/carrot/onion salad nearly everyday--is this ok to eat with other stuff, like grains, fish, etc. for lunch? Or do you need to eat it "by its lonesome" for the cleansing to have an effect? Just wondering.
