Awwww thanks for trying to help me out!!! That's so sweet! :)
But I have to say, drinking large glasses of water with meals won't work with me, as I'm a tiny person and need room in my tummy for food! :}
In general, it's best to drink water in between meals otherwise you water down and dilute gastric juices and digestive enzymes. But I'll try to drink more tea with my meals, I usually forget to do that, and the right tea in the right amounts really does help! :)
