Well, stones can't be reabsorbed, but you have 10 feet of intestines that can reabsorb the toxins that the flush releases.

And I think the Epsom Salts messes people up more than they realize. Dehydation is not fun.

The lymphs will take up the oil as it is digested no matter what, so that clogs them up for a day or so.

Preferably, the day after a flush, you should:

drink spicy teas
take digestive enzymes
eat very plain foods
do at least one salt water flush
P&B shakes
colonic or several enemas
detox bath
drink Water Cure amount of water a day
