Aim for the 80%/20% healthy/cheat diet. :)
If you want to cheat more, just don't eat as much. Portions are key! :) When I want to eat ice cream, I eat it for dinner and don't eat anything else, just hot spicy tea to offset the dairy/mucous/cold.
As you get to a diet that takes care of your needs and cleanse your body of toxins, cravings will reduce IMMENSELY. :)
Most Pittas can eat just about anything and still go regularly. Sigh! But who says they're really going regularly? Not many people talk about poop like we CureZone people do! ;) Some people think going once a week is regular!!!
If you want to have a fruit *meal* occasionally, go for it, see how you feel! If your energy is maintained, no digestive upsets, no increase in symptoms, then you can keep doing it once a week or so. :) The body doesn't lie, pay attention and it will steer you to balance. :)
