Okay, thanks. I guess Im starting to get frustrated. I read so many differing views from "professionals" who have so many different methods that I dont know what next? So far I like what Shelly has recommended the best. But Im getting to a point where Im tired of being so "perfect" in my regimine that i am cheating.
If I deprive myself of what I want, then I lose weight and end up pigging out after a week. So how does everyone else here do it? Does anyone else here have favorite foods they just cant give up? I am hooked on sprouted grain tortilla shells. I think they are healthy, but depends on who you ask. I use to love fruit and cut fruit out because of all the sugar. But Shelly says it is ok once a day. SO I guess I will allow it as an afternoon snack. Then vata says limit tofu. Well, I love haveing tofu burritos every morning and having my cereal for dinner. So again, not perfect.

Oh, and one more thing. I cant figure out how many of my friends can eat anything they want, feel fine, and still poop!!!!!! AaHhhhhh
