to do a rectal implant, it's best to use an enema bag or bucket setup with warm water, a bit of organic plain yoghurt, and the live microbes (not primal defense, this is engineered to be swallowed). Use enough fluids - 2 cups or so - to ensure that they get up the colon and not just the rectum. That's it! :)

If you get professional colonics done, the colonicist can do implants via a thin tube that are quite effective.
