Did you read my mind :) I am currently taking 4 tablespoons of flaxseed a day. But I am ordering SChultz IF#2 today. I agree I need the clay and fiber. I dont think the flax is doing it for me. I am encouraged that you thought of that. It confirms I am on track in my thinking. I do my next flush next Wed night. So I will hopefully have the stuff by then and take it starting Thursday night? Or should I start it Thursday at lunch?
