If skin brushing stirred things up, you definitely need lymph cleansing! Remember, the liver is the filter for only the blood. You have another circulatory system that has no heart, no filter, and the skin is the major path of elimination for it. So detox bath! Or at the very least, exercise, self-massage followed by colon cleansing and drinking lots of water to get rid of toxins released. :)
a. Kichadi will help cleanse digestion and give you a good whole food and perfect protein that will not give you more toxins and balance PH. Since you've already been cooking Indian it should be a snap! :)
b. take digestive enzymes and/or lemon/grapefruit juice with the oil so you digest it well.
c. dandelion tea, carrot and beet juice, and/or planetary formula's bupleurum liver cleanse, which has dandelion. Very cheap for how good it is. :)
