Re: Stomach very tender?

Hi Shelley

It feels very tender when I press, no burning or aching. It only feels worse to touch when I eat. I am always hungry, I always want to eat. I eat quite a lot of cayenne pepper, but I feel ok with this. I don't really eat anything else very spicy.

Regards temperature. I don't like the weather to be too hot or cold. I do feel the cold a lot and I sleep often with my electric blanket on at low with two duvets and wearing a jumper. But I hate feeling too hot as well. I have an underactive thyroid.

I have tenderness in my small intestine and colon but not as much. At the moment I struggle to have 1 BM per day and I eat a very good diet, no meat, no dairy, no sugaretc. i sometimes think my whole GI tract is inflamed or irritated. My tongue is pale verging on white and there is a line down the middle with a bit of a crack at the front, hard to describe, no teeth marks, only in the morning.

How do you work out your doshas?

Jeni
