Re: liver spots???

David Wolfe has a lot of good things to say, but my argument with all raw food evangelists is they don't consider how hard it is to digest raw foods. I'd like them mroe if they recommended juicing coupled with cooked meals and a salad a day, but most go soooooooooo far to the raw side you'd think people were cows! ;)

The red spots are toxins/acids trying to escape from your blood thru your skin. Sweating more is actually a good thing, but it'd be better if you did a detox bath so the toxins can make it ALL the way out of your skin. :) Don't dry-brush the red areas, this will irritate them. Dry brushing should only be done on healthy skin, avoid rashes.

It would be a good idea to do at least a partial fast of teas and lemon/acv water and fresh veggie juice or broth for a day or so. Can't stress enough the importance of getting more alkaline things into your system! :)
