Tomato is often an allergan, as it is of the night-shade family. If you eat it, only eat it fresh, never as a sauce, which is really concentrated and acidic. No matter what your Dosha is, you can still eat everything, you just can't overdo on certain things.
Glutinous rice?!? Does that mean white rice? White rice has almost no nutrition. Eat it if you need the calories or to settle your stomach. Basmati rice is best.
