I always had a space between my front teeth. In the past few years the space widened rapidly and so much that I panicked. Dentist gave me two options, either to pull them or try to save them. Since I really did not want a bigger gap, I went for saving them.
I've been doing the following regime since this past October and have seen a big improvement. Teeth have lost their wiggle. LOL.
Instead of regular vitamin C, try Ester-C. It is available in tablet, powder and liquid. I use the powder form.
I use two mouthwashes. A saline solution (1 tsp salt with 1/4 cup water)throughout the day, every few hours. The other mouthwash is Biotene. It has a little bit of calcium in it and is alcohol free so it doesn't dry out your mouth. I find it very soothing.
At bedtime, I rub the dental gel "Oxyfresh" (Oxyfresh.com) on my gums. This provides oxygen which germs do not like. During the day, I rub "Ipsab" (Heritage Products) after rinsing with the saline solution.
Oh, and don't forget to scrape your tongue frequently!!!
The Ipsab and Ester-C can be ordered from mothernature.com
Keep smiling!
