Have you heard of xylitol, and do you think it would be a good idea to use it in first (or second) phase of candida diet?
It is a Sugar that has been used in Finland (and other places)for years instead of White Sugar , and it has been pretty much proven as PROTECTING (as opposed to screwing up) tooth enamel from mouth bacteria, but as far as candida goes, I don' know.
I did some research on it, and couple of places mention that it does NOT feed candida bacteria, but it did sound little unconvincing, like it was just an afterthought.
Anyway, your input would be very appreciated.
