2 front teeth beginning to shift(gapping)..loose gums?

Hi, I'm lookin for suggestions on how to strengthen my teeth. My two front teeth are beginning to seperate(gap) from each other. I am actually feel them shifting and everyday the space gets wider. I'm thinking that the reason for the shifting is because my gums are loose. Any suggestions on how to stop this problem?

I'm aware of taking vitamin C in the ascorbate form. I want to take calcium but from my understanding calcium in supplement form is not easily assimilated in the body. Would a green powder concentrate like a wheatgrass, spirulina mix supply me with the calcium that I need? Or should I just take the calcium tablets?

Also, I read on a site that adding a bit of cayenne pepper to your toothpowder helps to prevent and treat gingivitis, I tried this and all I can say is that it definitely increases the saliva content in your mouth, even long after the brushing.

Any responses, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
