My 15 year old neice just called me and said her legs hurt when she runs. She is very healthy in general. But has Acne because she is 15 Im sure. She has been running for 2 weeks about 6 miles a day. She said she was fine for a week, now every time she runs her legs ache. But when she finishes they are ok. SHe eats lots of carbs and not so good food. Because her parents are not healthy eaters. My first thought was she needs more water, more protein and fewer carbs. More veggies too. I also wondered if a mineral supplement or kelp would help.
Do you have any ideas? I know this is not the usual question here. But I dont know who to ask.
