That's absolutely true. I hope all my readers recognize that when I recommend certain things I recommend them in balance. :)
I'm not into the type of thinking that says, hey, since this is a different Sugar or Sugar substitute I can have a LOT of it. Like people who have a diet coke and think it cancels out the Big Mac they eat with it. ;)
I'm trying to stay in the real world (something I'm not good at in other areas of my life heheheh) where we really need options such as brown rice syrup so we can happily eat the whole grains that are so very good for us. A teaspoon of that can certainly be handled, I hope, even by diabetics.
